We encourage users to exercise caution and rely on their own judgment when purchasing or selling artwork through the Platform.
3. FeesWe may charge fees for certain services, such as listing artwork or processing sales. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the Platform.
Curated Art reserves the right to update or change fees at any time. If fee changes are introduced, users will be provided with notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
4. Intellectual PropertyThe Platform, including its content, design, functionality, and features, is the exclusive property of Artistry Marketplace and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the arrangement of these elements.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Curated Art.
5. TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or restrict access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Curated Art does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Disclaimer of WarrantiesIn no event shall Curated Art, its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of liability and even if Curated Art has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to TermsCurated Art reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, users will be notified through the Platform at least 30 days before the updated terms take effect.
